WHM & meditation

This class (which is given in Dutch) starts with the breathing exercise from the Wim Hof method (WHM), which can be experienced as intense. "This breathing exercise has far-reaching positive consequences for the physical body and from my personal experience I can state that it has a strong consciousness-expanding effect.” On the website of Wim Hof (innerfire.nl) you can find a lot of (scientifically based) information about this method which meanwhile has practitioners all around world. 

The exercise will eventually reveal a deep relaxation, peace and space (presence). The energy in the Studio will change and immediately after the breathing exercise, the invitation is to deepen this state of presence in the meditation that follows. A great opportunity to go deeper into yourself and to be present without judgment with whatever will present itself to you. This being together is all about Self Realization (a direct experience of what you are). 

We end the lesson with a somewhat longer Savasana.
