Core strength is a Vinyasa flow class, in which a connection is made between breath and posture. This class is built around your ‘core’, your center of strength.
Your core consists of abdominal, back, buttock and pelvic muscles and forms the basis of posture, movement and balance. You will learn how to use all of these muscles. A strong core provides an enormous increase in strength and stability, both physically and mentally. This helps you in your asana practice, but also in your daily life.
This class is not suitable for pregnant women.
