Years ago Renate accidentally became acquainted with yoga and she fell in love with it! What touched her was the combination of physical exertion, experiencing concentration, inner peace and balance. "I felt more complete and happier," says Renate.


To share this with others, she did a yoga teacher training at Yogateacher. She was also taught by prominent Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teachers. She enjoys continuing to deepen her knowledge. "I want to convey the totality of the experience," says Renate, "physical strength and suppleness flexibility come almost naturally with regular practice. More importantly, you also experience changes mentally and emotionally. By simply taking space to observe yourself, you come into contact with something that lies deeper, a place of peace and quiet. '
