Yoga makes you listen to the wisdom of your body. Through conscious use of your breath, we learn to become quiet and listen to something bigger than ourselves. If you open yourself to this, it gives you a feeling of freedom; for a moment no context, past, future or expectation, but presence in the here and now.

Hoyte de Ranitz is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and inspired practitioner of Anusara, Iyengar and Jivamukti yoga, among others. These different forms of yoga have the common denominator that they let the energy flow into the body and bring the mind to rest and balance. Moreover, this helps Hoyte in his work as a designer to create a way to let creativity flow.

Hoyte continues to delve into Vinyasa flow yoga, in which he finds the balance between effort and relaxation, challenge and surrender to the moment with the combination of posture (asana), breath (prana) and movement (flow).

Hoyte’s lessons are varied and sometimes challenging, meditation in motion with music and always looking for balance and the feel-good factor!
