In this special monthly class, Ella will guide you on two shamanic journeys accompanied by the rhythmic beat of the shamanic drum, aimed at providing clarity, insight, and guidance on your personal path.

We'll begin with a grounding meditation and setting intentions for the class. Ella will provide a brief introduction to shamanism and the evening's theme before embarking on the journeys. Between each journey, there will be time to journal your insights.

Shamanic Death & Rebirth: a Journey of Shadow Work and Renewal.

As we enter Scorpio season, beginning on October 23rd, we step into the energy of deep transformation, aligned with the theme of shamanic death and rebirth. This season invites us to explore the powerful process of letting go and renewal, rooted in ancient shamanic traditions. The shamanic death and rebirth process reflects the natural cycles of life, where death is not an end but a necessary stage for spiritual, emotional, and psychological growth.

In shamanic practice, death represents the release of old patterns, limiting beliefs, and ego-driven identities that no longer serve us. It calls us to face our shadows—our fears, traumas, and unconscious blocks—so we can move beyond them. As we shed these layers, we create space for rebirth, where we align with our true essence and step into a more authentic version of ourselves.

This journey of death and rebirth is central to personal transformation, offering the opportunity for profound self-discovery. Through the symbolic death of the old self, we are reborn, empowered, and ready to embrace a new cycle of life with greater clarity and purpose.


What is shamanic journeying?

Shamanic journeying is the path that Shamans take to connect with helping Spirits and Spirit Animals. They travel to one of three shamanic worlds (lower, middle, and upper) with specific intentions—to seek advice, gain insights, receive assistance, or facilitate healing for individuals, communities, or the Earth. We can also harness this ancient method for our own personal journeys, seeking insight and clarity in our lives.

In this special class, you'll learn the basics of shamanic journeying, helping you connect with your inner wisdom and build trust in yourself as your best guide. After the class, you'll receive a guide and tracks to practice journeying on your own at home. I believe that having access to a range of healing and personal development tools is the best way to walk your path.

About Ella
Ella started to walk the path of Shamanism back in 2019, when she started with Shamanic Astrology where she still is a student. This was the beginning, her interest in Shamanism was born. In 2021 she found the right place and teacher to go deeper into the ancient wisdom and she became a certified Shamanic Practitioner. She completed her training with Ron Townsend at Definest in Almere, who is trained by Sandra Ingerman herself, who is a great inspiration to Ella. In 2022 she did her first training into Shamanic Breathwork with Linda Star Wolf and to dive deeper into breathwork she joined the first breathwork coach training at De Nieuwe Yogaschool back in 2023. 

Since she walks the shamanic path, she tries to implement Shamanism in her work and daily life and with that her fascination for nature started to grow. No prior experience is necessary, and this class will be conducted in English. Come with an open mind and heart, ready to explore the depths within yourself. The class will conclude with optional sharing, card picking, and Q&A. All are welcome, regardless of experience level. Please bring a notebook.
